******* Reminder

Dear Ricardo,
Life will always present things for us to worry about.
We all know worries add no value to our life.
It is like sitting in a rocking chair, you rock and rock and rock.. but it's not getting you anywhere.
Worry does change one thing though.. it changes your personality. It makes you frustrated, fearful, angry.. and it literally chokes you spiritually.
Do you remember when Jesus was in Mary and Martha's home to fellowship with them? He said to Martha, "Martha, Martha.. you are anxious and troubled about so many things..." (Luke 10: 38-42)
He saw her moving around doing so many stuff but she wasn't fruitful. He was addressing how Martha was handling things.
He was showing how stresses can cause us to go into the wrong direction.
Mary, on the other hand handled the day-today things differently. She stopped and she allowed Jesus to speak into her life.
Mary has things to do as well. But somehow she knows instinctively that if she could get that time with Jesus, everything else will fall into place.
Do not be anxious about anything but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. (Philippians 4:6)
The bible tells us how to win the war of worry - turn your worry into prayer.
Take your worry list and put it in a prayer list!
Friends, no matter where you are, God is with you. Even in the midst of your worries, while you are alone in your room, He is there with you.
The moment you begin to be aware of His presence and cultivate His presence, all your worries, anxieties and fear will melt away like butter on a hot day.
He is your supply, your wisdom, your peace and your strength.
Amen.
With much love,
