Nader is a being who has achieved exceptional health, wealth, and abundance in all things but it is by sharing his knowledge with humanity that brings great happiness to his soul.
"I realized early in life that I wasn’t genetically blessed and as a consequence, my health and wellbeing were impaired. I had to endure a variety of serious health issues since I was in my twenties.
I knew back then that I was going to face a great challenge since my father, grand father, and uncle never lived longer than to the age of 62 that I am now.
One day I discovered breath work and was immediately intrigued by the healing abilities this practice promised. I rigorously began to practice on a daily basis. It was soon after that I realized without a doubt that I was granted a second chance at life and that I had found something that held the power to re-write my genes and present itself as the ultimate game changer.
But the powerful transformation did not stop at my health. Both, my business and private life improved so drastically that one day I knew I had to share my experience with the world.
When you practice conscious breathing techniques you also train your brain and promote mental abilities you didn’t think were possible.
The breath is sacred. It is our access to the depths of the soul.
Although I have never been given an explanation for what the meaning of the soul really is, I know that breathing is our existential need, -our primordial instinct.
The breath is the difference between life and death. It is our number one interaction tool between life and everything else in the world. After all, all life starts and ends with a breath.
I have reached a place in my life where I don’t want to believe anymore, -I want to understand.
It is the sound of my breath that is the only source telling me all about my soul. Is the only truth I will trust."
