Is there an herb that I can take to make my prostate relax its grip on the urethra?

We will tell you, dear one, that there are many herbs and many different methods that have been used to do exactly that. And all you need to do here, is what you call “Google it”. It will bring about a number of different types of cures, of ways you can work in that direction to alleviate symptoms and all of this is all there for you. You just need to do some research.
That is not for us to give you a direct understanding of what to do next because it is your free will to look into this and research it. But we can tell you that it is all there. There is a medical model of it and then there is the alternative methods that are available to all that are ready to look for it. Okay.

We can tell you that there is much that can be given to you with discernment. You use your discernment on what you need. There is very much truth that can come about. You just need to look deeper within it.

Yes, this is _______. We haven’t talked about this in a while, but I’m asking about the Poles, North Pole and South Pole. In a meditation, I was seeing the connection through the earth about Antarctica. Then I saw Iceland and Greenland. Those names do not pertain to the truth of those places. I’m wondering if Iceland is really the portal to the outer Antarctica, reflecting that ice shelf, ice energy there, and that Greenland holds the portal to the Greenland of Antarctica, to the truth of that. Thank you.

We will tell you that you are receiving much information that is coming to you, but understand it is not new to you. It is new to your conscious knowing self at this point, but it is something of old that is being brought back to you. That is why you are receiving these remembrances.
We have spoken about this many times. There are remembrances that are coming to all of you. It is just coming to you right now at this point, a little bit earlier than some might be, because you are diligently searching for these understandings and remembrances.
We will tell you, you are on the right track as far as the understanding between the North Pole and the South Pole and these places that you have just spoken of here. There is connection. There are portals, there are gateways across the entire world across the planet that have, many have already been discovered by those forces of light and then the forces of darkness after that and are being reestablished by now once again the forces of light.
Much of this will be revealed in the times ahead here in terms of much disclosure coming forward here.

I have been waking up at night a lot which is definitely not something that is normal for me. Is this a collective feeling that I am feeling, you know coming from outside from the collective or is this something that I am supposed to be aware of?

That itself would answer your question, because you are feeling the miasma all around you. You are feeling the disconnect rather than the connection. You are feeling the disconnect between those people that are all around you and their thought processes and their fear and their panic. All of this is coming into you and you are absorbing it.
So we will tell you that in order for you to be able to hold this off, use the tools that have been given you through this one James, through the one Joanna and whatever other sources that are available to you, to help to hold this off. The violet flame, the tube of light, all of this can ward this off and help protect you from all of that my miasma, that is all around you.
We say one other thing. You do not go to the beach very often, do you?

Yes, we will say that it would be very advantageous for you to do so, since it is not far away for you and to find yourself on the sand, the warmth of the sand on your feet and the sunlight on your back and most importantly, the ocean waves, the sound of the ocean and the negative ions that are all around there,
That in itself will help you greatly.
