PLANETARY COUNCIL MEETING WITH WORLD LEADERS TO ALERT ABOUT IMMINENT PLANETARY CHANGES

We see a Large Ship radiating a cone of light over a group of beings sitting at a large round table, they are gathered in Double Quantum in the Atacama Desert. The Planetary Council is meeting with Presidents, Prime Ministers, Leaders of Countries. The Planetary Council exchanges ideas, plans and warns all leaders about the upcoming events the planet will pass through. The plans, the programming and the support they all must give to the plan, because they are crucial and very important moments for the planet.
This meeting was necessary for everyone, we know that some are already informed, but it is important that everyone is aware, so that no one catches them by surprise the planetary situation that is approaching in the coming days, from this moment on any situation can happen.
We close the 14th with the Great Global Meditation and from there on, we hope everything happens.
Many leaders oppose informing society, because it would panic, maybe and start the breakdown of all systems. The importance of the whole population being informed, is basic, everyone, every inhabitant of the planet understands, not with fear, not with the yellowist news of the official media that they usually give to the population, but with raised consciousness, so that everyone cooperate in the process. It is explained to them the contribution, the function and the forecast for each continent and for each country, because not the whole planet will feel and experience the same transmutations.
When the time is important, maybe not that they understand that they can be taken to the Ships, but yes, that they will have assistance. With this we do not want to instill fear to anyone, but if we ask everyone to make their plans, contingency plans for when the events are presented.
Remember that first comes the Big Flash and they will understand everything and begin to open their levels of consciousness. Those representatives who are part of the Divine Government will also understand and are the ones who will mostly cooperate, but it is important. But it’s important, let’s call it, parallel government where negative forces are ruling, we have a representative of the Divine Government for each country that is outside the Divine Government.
Everything is already mapped out, it has been shared, everyone is aware, they have been warned by different means to the Earth population, many do not believe, but those who have felt the riots of transmutations may be more sensitive. Everyone carries their plan in all stratas, levels, because they have forecasts of how the whole planetary situation will flow.
Beloved, time of the Brave, time of the Warriors, the awaited time you longed for is very, very near. Everyone prepare individually each, at the family level, at the community level, everything organized.

Could you tell us which parts of the planet will be most affected?
Many will be the parts, Europe with the exception of some points in Portugal and Spain, North America, the part of Asia, China a large part, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Australia, North Africa, Caribbean Islands, South America will be the most preserved and with this will have its situations quite compromised. This is the info, Hawaii Islands too.
Could you please give us an idea of the leaders who oppose spreading this information?.
Emanuel, everybody knows them already, everybody knows who they are, everybody wants to preserve their positions, they don’t want to cause panic, they don’ t want to cause commotion within their population, but remember we tell you, there are representatives of the Divine Government in every country, it’s not worth mentioning names, everybody knows, everybody knows them.
