I used to be a total mess when I was younger. Our mother literally abandoned us, my father transitioned after a long period of dealing with the most aggressive and unbelievably painful cancer, my business had to close, and my relationship failed.
This was one of the darkest moments in my life. All I could feel was pain and darkness.
It felt like I was stuck in a dark tunnel.
In order to survive this experience, I turned to spirituality. I found a spiritual teacher who taught me how to meditate, and once I learned how to meditate with the correct technology, I met Mother Gaia.
She showed me another world, a different reality, and taught me wisdom and love I didn’t know existed. This is what nurtures me to this day and what I share in my books, online courses, and programs.
But if I had to boil everything down into a single technique, it would be the Kundalini Activation Technique (KAT).
I used this technique myself to shift my frequency so drastically that I moved from one reality to another.
