The summer solstice energies have brought high amounts of light to this planet and all life.
This process has begun several days before June 21st and continues for seven days after this date.
Here in Telos, within sacred Mount Shasta, these light energies are being anchored into the crystal grid of the Earth.
We are celebrating the solstices and equinoxes of each year, as these celestial events bring forth orchestrated energy alignments to assist in the Earth's ascension.
Tending to our crystal temples with ceremonies of joy, gathering with the Ascended Masters, Angels, Galactic families of light, the Elementals, Fairies, Dragons, Unicorns and other civilizations of light within the Inner Earth Agartha Network, focusing loving energies to all life and holding a higher dimensional vision are some of the activities during the summer solstice.
These are the most joyous of times, as now the integration of the higher dimensions into your reality takes place.
Deep and slow breathing, meditation, stretching, going out in nature, connecting with others in a kind and joyful way, resting and sleeping is helpful to integrate the energies more into your body.
